How can I get in contact with someone if  I cannot find an answer to my question on the frequently asked question page?

To contact a customer service representative send an email at anytime to itsbybellaa@gmail.com and we will try to get back to you within 24-36 hours, if not sooner. If applies, please have your order number included in the email.

Monday-Friday 9-5pm

No emails are answered on the weekend or holidays.

What do I do if I receive an item that’s damaged? 

Please fill out a return form found at the bottom of the website and choose the option “damaged”. You will then be given a return label to send it back for a replacement. If the item you ordered is no longer in stock we will email you, and ask if you’d like store credit.  

How do I know If I’m getting my correct size?
There is a size chart on the website to help you. Read the description as it states where the item runs small or true to size. we advice that you make sure you know the size you are before making the purchase. 

We only allow ONE exchange per waist trainer order, if you receive a wrong size we can only allow one exchange. You can return your product for store credit. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for the Waist trainers and sweat wrap due to their

What is the difference between a Waist Trainer and a Sweat wrap? The Waist Trainer is used for core control and to support you while working out. It’s built and made with latex and it helps support your back while wearing during the day, and/or lifting weights. It’s very structured with a zipper closure and two Velcro straps.
Great for postpartum as well.

The sweat wrap is only used for working out and promoting a good sweat. It is not made to be worn during the day. It’s made from materials which helps you sweat profusely. You can see more about these products and the difference under the product description.

Order Processing

How can I change/add a product on my order? Once you have placed your order, the order is logged and cannot be adjusted. We request that you review the contents of your order before continuing to the payment section.

How long will it take for my shipping ? You can look to receive your package anywhere between 1-3 working days, after placing your order unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Who is my package shipped through?

ROYAL MAIL/HERMES

What do I do if my tracking status says “delivered” but I haven’t received my package? Please email us on ITSBYBELLA@GMAIL.COM we will review your order and make sure there are no discrepancies. Please allow 24 hours for a reply back whilst we thoroughly investigate and check, to be sure that your package went out routinely. In the event that we find no discrepancies, we then would suggest that you contact the carrier ROYAL MAIL/HERMES. Give them your tracking number and let them know you didn’t receive your package even though ROYAL MAIL/HERMES states proof of delivery. You will then file a claim with the carrier because once it ships it’s in the hands of ROYAL MAIL/HERMES.

What if I received my package but an item is missing?

Send us an email on itsbybellaa@gmail.com.com with your order number so that we can investigate for you. We check your order number to make sure we checked the contents of your package with the order slip, which you should have a copy of inside your package. Second, we check our inventory. If step 1 & 2 show no discrepancies we conclude our investigation by suggesting you contact the carrier ROYAL MAIL/HERMES. If we find error in Step 1 and/or 2 during our investigation we will resend your item at no cost to you. If the item(s) missing are unavailable we will contact you to replace it with something else or simply issue you a full refund for the item that was missing. 

Returns/Exchanges

Can I return my order for a refund?

Unfortunately no, there are no refunds. Only store credit.
All waist trainers, sweat wraps, yoga mat, seasonal sale & sale items are FINAL SALE. BY BELLAA SKIPPING ROPE  are all ok to return for store credit.

Can I return my order for or store credit?
Yes, as long as its within our allowed 14 days for returns. And the waist trainer has not been used. You have 14 days after you receive you item(s). Please READ and fill out the return form found at the bottom of the website.

What if 14 days have gone by since I’ve received my item, but I need a size exchange?

We cannot offer you store credit or an exchange after the 14 days have passed. We suggest you open and check your package as soon as you receive it.
